BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

We recommend you book your treatments in advance, giving as much notice as possible.

We now require a 30% booking fee to hold all appointments. When making future appointments you will be asked to pay a booking fee, if you are using a gift voucher you must supply the gift voucher number as your booking fee. Please note: If you need to change or cancel your booking please give us 24 hours notice and your deposit will be refunded.

KIDS POLICY

This is YOUR time and therefore we have a minimum age of 16 years old. To guarantee the comfort of all our clients, we do not allow children to wait in the waiting area or in the treatment room while you are receiving your treatment, this is to keep noise levels down in the salon. Failure to follow this policy will result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled and will incur a late cancellation fee.

LATENESS, LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW POLICY

Please try to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time to enable you to relax, unwind and get familiar with our surroundings so you can totally chill out from the beginning of your treatment. We require clients to fill out medical/consultation card/s. It is important that you advise us of any allergies or medical problems, or pregnancy, before your arrival as some treatments may require doctors approval before we can carry them out.

If you come late to your appointment please remember that your service will end at it’s original time and the full treatment fee will be applied

If you need to alter your appointment please call us 24 hours before, failure to do so will result in the full treatment fee being applied unless we can refill the appointment.

Failure to show for an appointment or cancelling on the same day will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

PRICING POLICY

Our salon pricing may increase. If there is an increase the new price will apply at your next appointment. We will notify you here with any price increases. Next increase will be 01/05/2022.

PRODUCTS AND VOUCHERS

Products are available as a perfect present or simply to recreate your experience of Escape at home.

Gift cards are also an ideal present, they are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Both are an ideal gift for that special someone, parent, friend or simply as a thank you for that person who has everything. PLEASE NOTE VOUCHERS CANNOT BE USED FOR SPORTS MASSAGE TREATMENTS. 

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded and we cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards. We cannot accept your voucher number without the barcode

RETURNS POLICY

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on mascara, lipstick, lipgloss, eye and lip liners. Sale items cannot be returned. All other items can be exchanged or a voucher issued for that amount (3 month expiry). We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or issue a voucher for items that are not returned within 28 days of purchase. In order to qualify for our returns policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unused and complete with all labels and information attached.

PATCH TESTING POLICY

You must get a patch test 48 hours before receiving any of the treatments below: Tinting, Tanning, HD brows, HD brow sculpt, Lash extensions, Lash lifts, Microblading, Facial sugaring or Image facials or peels.

Our patch tests stay valid for 6 months, If you do not return within a 6 month period for the same treatment you will need repatch tested. If you change medication or have any changes to your medical history we may need to patch test you again. Please understand this is for your own safety and to prevent any unwanted allergies.

NO PATCH TEST…NO TREATMENT! Please note you may still be charged the full treatment, if you show up with out having had your patch test first.

COVID 19 TREATMENT POLICY

If you have had Covid 19 or a Covid 19 Vaccine or Booster within the last 2 weeks we can only treat you for file and paint, manicures, pedicures and shellac nail treatments, if you are booked for any other treatment please contact the salon.

If you have had Covid 19 or your first Covid 19 Vaccine since your last appointment please call the salon if your appointment is one of the following as you must be repatch tested – Tinting, Tanning, HD brows, HD brow sculpt, Lash extensions, Lash lifts, Microblading, Facial sugaring or Image facials or peels.

WHAT TO WEAR

For spray tanning bring along loose dark clothing. We will provide disposable underwear for tanning and body treatments. All clients will be required to wear underwear/swimwear during treatments otherwise treatments will not be carried out.

For pedicures or file and paint toes please bring flipflops or sandals.
